Consultations:
All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to their appointment. Please ensure you disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This information is essential to ensure your treatment is safe and suitable.

Patch Tests:
Certain treatments require a mandatory patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to attend a patch test may result in your treatment being cancelled and your booking fee forfeited.

Refusal of Service:
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:

I feel uncomfortable at any point,

The treatment is deemed unsuitable for the individual, or

Pre-treatment or aftercare advice has not been followed.

Minors:
Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent and parental supervision during all treatments.

Cancellations:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A non-refundable £10 booking fee is taken upon booking and will be deducted from your final treatment cost when the appointment is completed.
Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.

Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, this may reduce the time available for your treatment. In some cases, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the booking fee may be forfeited.
